Yes. Attendees are welcome to attend any afternoon session; you are not required to stay in one track the entire afternoon. For example, if you are interested in an aesthetics lecture at 1 pm, but would also like to attend a nutrition lecture at 2 pm—in a different session—you may do so. We have organized these ‘breakout’ sessions so that you can listen to various topics, tracks, and themes.
The Professional Medical Education workshops are offered each evening, and allow attendees additional, supplementary education. The workshops focus on intensive discussions regarding popular topics & techniques in the field, and do not require pre-registration. Are the lectures available for purchase?
Lectures are available for purchase. Because there are multiple, concurrent afternoon sessions, you will not have the opportunity to attend all of the lectures. However, you can purchase the USB before you arrive and receive the comprehensive three days of lectures: over 20 hours of advanced education. Will slide presentations be provided?
All lecture slides are available for download from the A4M mobile app. You will additionally receive a flash drive with the slides at registration.
What features are offered through the mobile app?

Should I bring my laptop?
We do not provide laptops or tablets, so attendees are encouraged to bring their own laptops. We do offer complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout all A4M/MMI meeting spaces, for your convenience.
Am I required to wear my badge?
In order to keep track of the thousands of attendees at the conference, we kindly ask that you wear your badge at all times. This additionally allows you to network, socialize, and engage with other attendees.
What should I wear?
Attire for the event is business casual. Given that meeting room temperatures fluctuate and vary, you can bring a light sweater.
How do I cancel my Congress reservation?
For all educational programs, conferences, and events, Medical Conferences International, Inc. will offer a 100% refund within 72 hours from time of purchase, less $100 credit card processing fee. After 72 hours, refunds will be less 50%. All refund requests must be made in writing, and post marked or tax stamped no later than 90 days before the event. No refund will be made if the request is made within 90 days of the educational event. Refunds will not be issued to non-show registrants. Substitutions are always welcome in lieu of cancellation for a $100.00 transit fee. No transfers to alternate events will be made if the request is submitted within 90 days of the original event.
For educational exams:
Medical Conferences International, Inc. will offer a 100% refund within 72 hours from time of purchase. After 72 hours from purchase, refunds will be 50% of purchase price, and only possible if requested with at least 90 days written notice prior to the scheduled examination date. All refunds must be made in writing, and post marked or tax stamped no later than 90 days before the event. If the refund request is made within the 90 day time period from, you will lose 100% of all money. Transfers of exams to a new examination date/venue must be requested within 90 days prior to an examination date.
