Our new aesthetics practice management workshop is spearheaded by Cheryl Whitman: CEO of Beautiful Forever, an aesthetics practice consulting firm, and industry expert in business development and marketing consulting. This one-day workshop, headlined “Goals, Plans, and Success: Industry Secrets for Aesthetic Management and Marketing,” will focus on understanding specific goals, planning strategies to enhance success rate, and learning best practices for road blocks and challenges. Lectures from faculty members will emphasize solutions that optimize revenue, and help attendees locate best financial matches within the marketplace. The workshop will further demonstrate how to best navigate the ever-changing landscape of digital medical technologies, in addition to time management with online platforms: all of which are engineered to help pave the road for ultimate success. Expert lecturers will additionally cover successful strategies for marketing, and how to cater to niche markets: including male aesthetic procedures and millennial patients. Harry Harctsrk, DDS will discuss the significant growth in the dental industry, coupled with the uses of dentistry for injectables and aesthetic procedures. Internationally recognized clinician Susan Murrmann, MD, FACOG will address female rejuvenation, lasers, and injectables. The course will conclude with an interactive discussion and Q&A focused on current hot topics related to the aesthetic industry, conducted by an expert panel of faculty clinicians.
