Dr. Lynne Mielke, MD

Dr. Lynne Mielke is the founder of Optimal Health Spectrums clinic. Dr. Mielke graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine, and did her Psychiatry residency at UCLA where she became board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She has also done extensive training on anti-aging medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), and passed their certification exam.

Dr. Mielke has discovered that these effective medical treatments improve both mental and physical health, and are not well known by most doctors. She knows that it is impossible to have a deficiency of a prescription drug, but it is very possible to have a medical imbalance or deficiency that can be corrected with natural treatments. She has learned that achieving optimal mental and physical health goes beyond just medicating symptoms, and requires testing for and treating chronic underlying toxicities, immune problems, hidden infections, nutritional deficiencies, bioidentical hormone deficiencies, and more. When these underlying health issues are addressed, most patients experience dramatic improvements in their health and quality of life, and are often able to get off of many of their prescription medications.

Dr. Mielke has given numerous talks to parent and doctor groups, has trained several other practitioners on Integrative Medicine, networks frequently with other top Integrative Medicine doctors around the country, constantly researches new effective treatments, and has been interviewed extensively in the media, including local and national newspapers and television.
