Spring Congress FAQs

Congress registration is for two days, April 7 - 8 (Friday-Saturday), which will give you access to the keynote presentations, general and afternoon sessions, sponsored evening workshops, exhibit hall, networking reception, raffle drawings, and breakfast.

Global Education Group designates this live activity for a maximum of 14.5 CME/CE credits (1.75 CEUs) for the two days. Attendees should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. For more information, click here.

An email including the online evaluation form and post-test will be sent after the congress. Both the online evaluation and post-test are required to receive continuing education credit.

You can choose to attend any lecture in the afternoon, during any session; you do not have to stay in one session the entire afternoon. As an example, if you are interested in listening to a stem cell lecture in one session at 1 p.m., but would like to listen to a nutrition lecture at 1:45 p.m. in a different session, you may do so.

Don't miss the non-CME workshops offered each day of the conference at 6:15 p.m. These workshops engage in an intensive discussion on particular topics, and there is no registration required. Gain more information on commercial brands and novel research during these 45-minute sessions.

You can download all slides from the A4M mobile app, so make sure you download the app to your phone. You will also receive a flash drive with the slides, at registration.

Lectures are available for purchase. Because there are concurrent afternoon sessions you won't have the opportunity to hear all of the wonderful lectures. Don't worry; you can purchase the conference DVD before you arrive and receive all three days - that's over 20 hours of lectures! A4M does not provide laptops or tablets, so please bring your laptop. Free Wi-Fi will be provided in the event meeting space for your convenience.

The organizers of the Congress kindly ask you to wear your badge at all times order to move freely around the event space.

Attire for the event is business casual. You can also bring a light sweater, as meeting room temperatures may be cool.

For all educational programs (conferences, workshops, symposiums, modules): Medical Conferences International, Inc. will offer a 100% refund within 72 hours from time of purchase less $100 credit card processing fee. After 72 hours, refunds will be less 50%. All refund requests must be made in writing and post marked or tax stamped no later than 90 days before the event. No refund will be made if the request is made within 90 days of the educational event. Refunds will not be issued to non-show registrants. Substitutions are always welcome in lieu of cancellation for a $100.00 transit fee. No transfers to alternate events will be made if the request is submitted within 90 days of the original event.

Medical Conferences International, Inc. will offer a 100% refund within 72 hours from time of purchase. After 72 hours from purchase, refunds will be 50% of purchase price and only possible if requested with at least 90 days written notice prior to the examination date scheduled. All refunds must be made in writing and post marked or tax stamped no later than 90 days before the event. If refund request is made within the 90 day time period from examination date, you will lose 100% of all money.
