Dr. Kar is a consultant in Functional and Metabolic Medicine. She works as Director Medical Education, Better Medical Centre, Calgary, Canada. Her medical practice is in India. She is the co-founder of Metabolic Dietary Solutions Program.

Dr. Kar is a guest faculty at Maryland University of Integrative Health, USA

She worked as an OBGY in Mumbai, India for more than 20 years before her transition to Functional Medicine.
