Sanjeev Goel, MD
Description
Dr. Goel is the founder of Peak Human. He is passionate about a holistic approach to wellness as has done training in Anti-Aging, Integrative and Regenerative Medicine. He advocates a healthy lifestyle centered around plant-based diet, focused physical activity and enhancing mental resilience. Dr. Goel believes that we should have access to the best medical and health technologies available. Prior to Peak Human, he developed the largest patient health portal in Canada called midash (www.midash.ca) and hosted the first ever Biohacker Summit in Toronto (Oct 2018) bringing culture, technology and health together. Dr. Goel has been practicing in “downtown” Brampton for over the past 20 years. Born in Montreal, he grew up in Mississauga and obtained his medical degree from University of Toronto in 1995. He completed his family medicine residency in 1997 from St Mary’s Hospital in Montreal before coming to “set up shop” in Brampton. Dr. Goel is also the Lead Physician for the Wise Elephant Family Health Team.
