Karissa Jackson, ACNP

Karissa graduated with her master’s degree in Nursing from Graceland University. Karissa is a board-certified Adult/Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. She has over 9 years of experience in healthcare ranging from adult critical care, trauma/ trauma specialty surgery, transplant, and most recently in Neurosurgery.

Karissa has always had a deep love for health and fitness. She has come to work at Biorestoration where she can embrace this passion daily in working to helping patients feel their best. She is passionate about providing this care through hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, and sexual wellness.

On her days off Karissa loves spending time with her husband and two small boys. She loves cooking, reading books, being outdoors, and she makes sure to get some kind of exercise in daily whether it be CrossFit, Peloton, hiking, or yoga.
