Dr. Joseph Gambardella, FAAMFM, FSCT, ABAAHP, DC

Dr. Joseph Gambardella is a leading specialist in anti-aging, regenerative, and functional medicine, holding dual Fellowships in Stem Cell Therapy and Functional Medicine. Certified in peptide therapy, hormone replacement therapy, and spinal decompression, he delivers advanced, patient-focused care to restore health, optimize vitality, and address complex conditions holistically.

He is the founder of Advanced Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation of Miami and the Jupiter Disc Center, where he leads a team dedicated to providing comprehensive care that integrates regenerative medicine, functional medicine, and advanced mechanical therapies. These centers reflect his vision of combining innovation with personalized treatment to improve patients' quality of life.

After earning his bachelor’s degree from Villanova University, Dr. Gambardella graduated with high honors from Life University College of Chiropractic. He holds post-doctorate degrees in sports medicine and rehabilitation, with specialized expertise in treating disc disorders, temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ), and neuromuscular conditions. His board certifications include advanced training from the International Medical Advisory Board on Spinal Decompression.

He has served as an assistant physician for the University of Miami football team and as the team physician for FIU’s women’s sand volleyball team.
