Nurse Practitioner, Co-Founder of EvolveWell

Jeanette Queen is passionate about supporting her patients by detecting, diagnosing and treating metabolic issues to optimize their health. Jeanette’s advanced degrees, training and experience have led her to be a foremost expert in Functional Medicine, in-depth assessments and treatments, and bio-identical hormone replacement therapies (BHRT).

Jeanette graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science degree with a Major in Nursing in 1988. She earned a Certificate as an Ob-Gyn Nurse Practitioner from the Emory University School of Medicine Allied Health Program. She completed a Master of Science Degree in Nutritional and Metabolic Medicine from the University Of South Florida School Of Medicine.

Jeanette is an Advanced Fellow in the Fellowship of Anti-Aging, Regenerative and Functional Medicine and is a Diplomat with the American Board of Anti-Aging Practitioners. She is licensed by the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) and is certified by the National Certification Corporation.
