Dr. Hayley Avino, DNP, FNP-C

Hayley Avino is Doctor of Nursing Practice Family Nurse Practitioner and has been a leader in the field of Nursing since 2009. The idea of empowering others to lead healthier lives starting at a young age became not just a pursuit but a calling—fueling her aspirations and shaped her dreams to become a Nurse Practitioner. Born and raised in small town Indiana, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ball State University in 2012 Cum Laude. She then went on to achieve her Doctorate from Arizona State University in 2021 Summa Cum Laude and was awarded ASU’s Doctor of Nursing class of 2021 Outstanding Scholar. Prior to joining DayTryp, Hayley spent a decade in Emergency Room’s throughout the country as an RN, and upon graduating with her DNP built a Functional Medicine Practice (PREVENE Wellbeing)—serving as Chief Operating Officer, Medical Director and Lead Nurse Practitioner. 

Hayley switched gears by focusing her attention and efforts on other areas of medicine and to enter the groundbreaking field of therapeutic psychedelics. Additionally, she works as an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner and is a board member for a local non-profit, The Barbell Saves Project, which offers free CrossFit and Yoga to those in recovery from Substance Use Disorder. When Hayley is not working, she loves spending time with her husband, dogs, family, and close friends. She also enjoys working out, cleaning, cooking, a relaxing spa day, spending time in nature, and reading. Hayley considers herself a life long learner and feels honored to deliver comprehensive care across diverse healthcare settings throughout Phoenix, AZ.
