Mina Grasso, Family Nurse Practitioner, is the founder and CEO of Allure Image Enhancement Inc. in Upland. Mina received her Nursing Degree from Loma Linda
University in 1983 and her Masters Degree, Family Nurse Practitioner Program, from UCLA in 1988. She is a member of the American Society of Anti-Aging Medicine and is Certification in Sexual Health.
After several years of family practice, Mina entered into aesthetic medicine in 1997. With the first medical spa in the Inland Empire, she has popularized “Liquid Facelifts” and aesthetic laser treatments.
Over the last several years while helping her patients look better, intimate conversations during treatment made her realize that her patients were not feeling as good as they appeared. Common complaints include stress, limited energy, hair loss, low sex drive, depression, mood swings, sleeplessness, poor concentration, memory loss and fatigue. Although patients were aware of advances in the aesthetic world, they related most of their physical and emotional complaints as something they just had to live with because it was just part of aging. Most of the patients with these complaints report taking anti-depressants, anti-anxiety or sleep medications on a regular basis.
With her family practice background and continued interest in preventative medicine Mina has re-launched Allure’s anti-aging medicine program as Allure Vitality Program this year. She maintains her passion for aesthetics and is empowered to provide Allure’s Vitality Program addressing lifestyle and bio-identical hormones and specializes in hormone pellet therapy for optimum results.
