Dhivia Naidoo, the Managing Director of CPSA, is an experienced business person who possesses the unique convergence of both specialist pharmaceutical and business operational acumen. She has worked in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries in strategic and operational roles for over 20 years, she has previously owned her own business and has operated as the COO of a pharmacy group prior to her accession to The Compounding Pharmacy of SA.

Dhivia is highly qualified in her field and boasts a  Board Certification in Functional Medicine, training in Specialised Compounding and a qualification as a Clinical Pharmacist. She obtained both her Fellowship in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine and Advanced Fellowship in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine from A4M. She has also completed a Module on Specialised Compounding, placing her amongst only a few South African medical professionals qualified in this field.

Using her studies, Dhivia seeks to fully understand the interplay between the mind and the body in the process of disease prevention and is passionate about managing health early to prevent the onset of, or to reverse the progression of chronic diseases. Through CPSA, she strives to optimize the formulation of individualised medicine on a prescription basis and places emphasis on bio-identical hormone replacement. In addition, Dhivia advocates the use of natural supplements as an alternative to prescription medicines, where relevant, to minimise adverse side effects.

Dhivia is driven by her passion to share her knowledge about Functional Medicine and its benefits to Health Professionals and Patients alike. Her goal is that, by sharing this knowledge with both the Healthcare Professional and the Patient, she will kickstart the positive cycle of sustainable disease prevention rather than disease cure. To this end, she has also been instrumental in obtaining an Educational Partnership with A4M – enabling Functional Medicine qualification be available to South African medical professionals.

As the leader of the CPSA team, Dhivia promotes ownership, accountability and excellence within her team, and seeks to grow the individual to be the best version of themselves. Her positive attitude and high energy has led her team on a steep growth trajectory.
