Claude Fortin, MD
Claude Fortin MD, FAARFM, ABAARM is the medical director of Colorado Ageless Institute.
Dr. Fortin had been in private practice in Springfield, Illinois, associated with the Springfield Clinic LLC. as well as associate professor of neurology at SIU medical school, both for 30 years. He relocated to Castle Rock, Colorado in 2016 in association in Neurology of the Rockies LLC.
He is board certified in Neurology, Clinical EEG, and Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. In addition to a general adult neurology practice, he has been actively treating patients with a goal of hormone optimization for over 10 years including BHRT in both men and women. He provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment in general neurology with a special interest in:
- Pain management (epidural steroid injections, facet blocks, trigger point injections).
- Electro-diagnostic medicine (EMGs, EEGs, evoked potentials)
