As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), I provide psychiatric care for teens age 15 and older and adults with acute and ongoing mental health problems - including women's health issues, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADD/ADHD, and OCD.

I diagnose, treat, and manage care in an environment that is calm, safe, and respectful to you. I believe in a collaborative and holistic approach medications are only part of the plan. Your optimal health and wellness is my goal. I am here to partner with you while you heal and grow so you can achieve your goals. I look forward to meeting you and getting to know you.

My desire as a nurse practitioner is to walk with you while we explore your needs for optimal health; mind, body and spirit. There is a balance that can be achieved in all aspects of your life's experience. I am passionate about finding the root cause of your symptoms, not just to cover them up. My hope is to cultivate a deep, everlasting healing from the inside out by maximizing your body's innate ability to heal, for your optimal well-being.

I am a board certified APRN, specializing in Women's Health and Psychiatry. I graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola University Niehoff School of Nursing in Chicago in 2005 and have been a registered nurse for over 20 years. I've been practicing in the Barrington, IL area in private practice for over 15 years.
