Angela Mazza, DO, FAAMFM, CDE, ABAARM

Angela D. Mazza, D.O. is the founder and medical director of Metabolic Center for Wellness, P.A. in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Mazza strives to empower her patients to achieve their unique goals to manage their conditions, whether prediabetes, diabetes, thyroid or any endocrine issue, through education, lifestyle management, and support.

Dr. Mazza has a significant research background in both basic and clinical realms of diabetes and has been principal investigator and sub-investigator on multiple large scale diabetes therapy and device trials. This expertise has led to multiple first-author publications and conference presentations. Passing forward knowledge is important to Dr. Mazza as evident through her teaching roles, whether on a student and resident level or on a community level. She is a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), and the American Diabetes Association (ADA) and has served on the Planning Committee for the ADA Clinical Care Conference. Dr. Mazza has achieved her certification in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine through A4M and is currently completing her A4M fellowship.
