Dr. Tick has served as an integrative pain practitioner for over three decades, while simultaneously researching and teaching as a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Washington in the departments of Family Medicine and Anesthesia & Pain Medicine. With a specific focus on self-care practices and long-term results, coupled with the critical importance of diet & nutrition, Dr. Tick continues to integrate functional medicine into her practice by educating both patients and other healthcare providers on the correlations between nutrition and chronic pain.
