Why attendYes. Longevity SpringFest is an in-person medical conference featuring live education, networking opportunities, and an exhibit hall.

View registration optionsBadge pickup and onsite registration take place at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Location and hours will be shared with registered attendees prior to the event.
Badges must be worn at all times and are required for access to educational sessions, networking events, and the exhibit hall.
To protect the integrity of the event and ensure access is limited to registered attendees, replacement badges are limited, subject to verification, and a replacement fee of $250 will apply for any reprints. Attendees are strongly encouraged to safeguard their badge throughout the event.
Substitutions may be permitted in place of cancellation, subject to A4M policies and applicable fees. All substitution requests must be submitted in writing and approved in advance.
Longevity SpringFest is designed for healthcare professionals actively engaged in patient care. All registrations are subject to review.
Due to programming overlap, attendees should select either the Longevity SpringFest Conference or an FLM Module. Pre-conference workshops may be added to a SpringFest registration.

A full refund (minus a $100 processing fee) is available within 72 hours of purchase. After 72 hours, a 50% refund may be issued if written cancellation is received at least 90 days prior to the event. No refunds are issued within 90. Substitutions are permitted for a $100 transfer fee. Policies subject to change. Please refer to current terms included in registration receipt.
Yes. Longevity SpringFest programs may offer up to 10 CME credits, pending approval. CME eligibility and credit totals vary by program and are detailed on each program page.
Pre-Conference Workshop: Mito, Muscle & GLP-1 Mastery Pre-Conference Workshop: Aesthetic Longevity Lab FLM Fellowship Module I: Endocrine & Cardiometabolic Health MasteryEligible attendees will receive an email with CME claim instructions within one (1) week of the event's conclusion. Completion of required evaluations and attendance verification is required to receive credit.
Yes. The Longevity SpringFest conference and pre-conference workshops will be recorded and available for purchase as On-Demand access. Attendees may also purchase recordings to view concurrent sessions they were unable to attend live. Recording availability varies by session and program.
Exhibit hall access is included with Longevity SpringFest conference registrations and Fellowship Module registrations.
