Description

Dr. Jon Snipes is a double board-certified psychiatrist and nationally licensed physician with extensive expertise in psychiatry, addiction medicine, brain stimulation, aesthetic medicine, and regenerative medicine. He has been practicing medicine since 2008 and currently holds medical licenses in all 50 states and Washington, D.C.

Dr. Snipes completed his medical degree, psychiatry residency, chief residency, and the nation’s first Brain Stimulation Fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), where he specialized in treatment-resistant depression and advanced neuromodulation therapies including ECT, TMS, VNS, DBS, and ketamine treatment.

Throughout his career, Dr. Snipes has served in numerous executive and clinical leadership roles, including Chief Medical Officer, Regional Medical Director, and Medical Director for multiple nationwide healthcare organizations focused on psychiatry, ketamine therapy, anti-aging medicine, regenerative medicine, and aesthetics. He is the founder of Snipes Medical Services and Palmetto Wellness Services, where he provides psychiatric, wellness, and aesthetic services while also overseeing multi-state clinical operations and physician collaboration programs.

In addition to his psychiatric background, Dr. Snipes is board certified in Addiction Medicine, Aesthetic Medicine, and Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine. His advanced training includes peptide therapies, stem cell and exosome therapy, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, cosmetic injectables, PRP, lasers, and regenerative procedures.

Dr. Snipes is recognized for his integrative approach to mental health, longevity, and performance medicine, combining evidence-based psychiatry with innovative regenerative and wellness therapies. He remains actively involved in multiple national medical organizations spanning psychiatry, addiction medicine, ketamine therapy, aesthetic medicine, and regenerative medicine.
