Dana Fabiani, MD, FAAMFM, ABAARM

Dr. Dana Fabiani is the founder and owner of Sarasota Wellness MD. She is board certified in Family Medicine and Anti-aging and Regenerative Medicine. She is fellowship trained in Anti-aging, Metabolic and Functional Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and Metabolic Medical Institute. She was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition at The Ohio State University, her medical degree at The Ohio State University School of Medicine, and completed her family medicine residency at Bayfront Medical Center in Saint Petersburg, Florida. She relocated to Sarasota for her husband, Douglas. They have 2 sons, Tyler and Tanner, and a dog, Teddy.

Dr. Fabiani has professional interests in weight loss, nutrition, bioidentical hormone therapy, thyroid health, and gut health.

In her free time, Dr. Fabiani enjoys spending time with family and friends, crossfit, outdoor activities, and gymnastics.
