Dr. Briana Rueda, DO

Dr. Rueda considers it her calling in life to help others enhance their wellness by improving vitality and extending health span.  After completing her undergraduate degree in nutrition and master’s degree in physician assistant practice, Dr. Rueda practiced medicine in a variety of clinical settings, including family practice, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and pain management.

With a passion for integrative medicine Dr. Rueda decided to go back to medical school to further educate herself. After graduating with honors from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, she served as chief resident at the University of Utah’s Family Medicine residency program.  Dr. Rueda is certified in functional medicine by the Institute for Functional Medicine, is a fellow of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and is currently studying with the Medical Academy of Pediatrics & Special Needs.

As an integrative medicine and anti-aging specialist, Dr. Rueda takes a personalized approach to help patients take a root cause, whole person approach to optimizing their wellness.

In her free time, she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, traveling, staying active, and spending time with her husband, son, and rescue terrier.
