I am delighted to welcome you and introduce you to my practice, my philosophy, and my vision for the future of medicine.
My name is Yelena Lapidus, M.D., and I am the founder of The Lapidus Clinic, a longevity, functional, and regenerative medicine center designed for patients who want more than symptom management. My goal is to offer a new kind of medical experience: deeply personal, scientifically informed, prevention-focused, and tailored to each person’s biology, life story, and future goals.
My medical journey began in Russia, where I completed an OB/GYN residency in 1996 with a focus on infertility, endometriosis, and surgical care. After coming to the United States, I completed my Family Medicine training at UC Davis, including a rural track that allowed me to practice full-spectrum medicine, obstetrics, and prenatal care. I am Board Certified in Family Medicine and Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, and I am a Fellow of the Metabolic Medical Institute through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
Over the years, my clinical training and certifications have expanded into bioidentical hormone therapy, thyroid and adrenal health, gastrointestinal-immune-brain connections, IV vitamin and mineral therapies, neuropsychiatry, metabolic and weight optimization, aesthetic medicine, regenerative therapies, and precision longevity care. I believe that the best medicine is not locked inside one specialty. It lives at the intersection of science, compassion, prevention, technology, and human connection.
I have built my life around learning, and I do not intend to stop. Medicine is evolving at an extraordinary pace, giving us a deeper understanding of the human body, the brain, aging, inflammation, hormones, metabolism, and resilience. We are living in a remarkable era of discovery, and my promise to my patients is to continue studying, questioning, and integrating the best available science into thoughtful, personalized care.
At The Lapidus Clinic, we do not simply ask, “What disease do you have?” We ask deeper questions: Why is this happening? What is your body trying to tell us? How can we restore balance, vitality, confidence, and joy? How can we help you live not only longer, but better?
I take my patients’ pain, worries, goals, and stories personally. This work is not only my profession; it is my purpose. My practice has shaped my life as much as I hope it has helped shape the lives of my patients. For me and my team, it is a personal commitment to help each patient move toward the life they still dream of: healthier, stronger, more balanced, more hopeful, and more in love with life.
My philosophy is simple: the future of medicine must remain deeply human. Advanced diagnostics, longevity science, regenerative therapies, and technology are powerful tools, but they are most meaningful when guided by a physician who listens, thinks, cares, and sees the whole person. That is the medicine I believe in, and that is the medicine I strive to practice every day.
