Trisha J. Street, MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, entrepreneur, educator, and founder of Tranquility Aesthetics and Wellness PLLC in Tarpon Springs, Florida. With a diverse background spanning emergency medicine, aesthetics, hormone optimization, weight management, and wellness, Trisha has built her career around helping patients look better, feel better, and regain confidence in themselves.
Trisha began her nursing career in emergency medicine, where she developed a strong clinical foundation caring for patients in high-pressure and complex medical situations. She worked as an emergency room nurse and charge nurse before advancing her education and earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University. During her graduate studies, she received recognition for her clinical research and went on to become a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her passion for aesthetics began long before becoming a nurse practitioner. With a previous background as a national makeup artist, Trisha developed an early appreciation for facial balance, beauty, and the subtle details that can make people feel more confident. That experience ultimately became a natural complement to her medical career and helped shape her approach to aesthetic medicine today.
As the founder of Tranquility Aesthetics and Wellness, Trisha has created a practice focused on individualized, comprehensive care rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Her services include hormone replacement therapy, medically supervised weight management, peptide and longevity therapies, IV nutrient therapy, sexual wellness, and advanced aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, microneedling, PRP/PRF, and regenerative treatments. Trisha believes that aesthetics and wellness are closely connected. Her philosophy is not simply to make someone look younger, but to help patients maintain their individuality while looking refreshed, balanced, and healthy. She is known for favoring natural aesthetic outcomes and for having honest conversations with patients about which treatments will truly benefit them—and which treatments they may not need. Continuing education is an important part of Trisha’s practice. She regularly pursues advanced training in aesthetic medicine, hormone optimization, wellness, and longevity and has completed specialized training in areas including advanced lip techniques, MicroTox, hormone pellet therapy, sexual wellness procedures, and regenerative medicine. She has also trained internationally, including advanced lip training in Switzerland.
Beyond clinical practice, Trisha is passionate about education. She enjoys helping patients understand the science behind their treatments so they can make informed decisions about their health and appearance. She is also the author of The Longevity Blueprint, reflecting her interest in helping people take a proactive approach to aging and long-term wellness. At the heart of Trisha’s work is the belief that aging well is not about trying to become someone different. It is about maintaining strength, health, confidence, and a sense of self through every stage of life. Through Tranquility Aesthetics and Wellness, she continues to combine medicine, aesthetics, and wellness to help her patients feel like the best version of themselves.
