Terry Wahls, MD

Dr. Terry Wahls is a clinical professor at the University of Iowa where she conducts clinical trials testing the efficacy of diet lifestyle to treat multiple sclerosis (MS). She has published over 100 peer reviewed scientific posters, abstracts and papers and has conducted over 8 intervention trials in the setting of MS. She teaches thousands of clinicians each year how to implement her concepts in their clinical practices. In addition, she is the author of The Wahls Protocol: A Radical New Way to Treat All Chronic Autoimmune Conditions Using Paleo Principles (paperback), and the cookbook The Wahls Protocol Cooking for Life: The Revolutionary Modern Paleo Plan to Treat All Chronic Autoimmune Conditions. She is recruiting patients for new intervention trials for patients with fibromyalgia and long covid.
