Scott Raymond Schaffer is a Precision Health Practitioner and the author of End of One. He works with people who were treated as average until the protocol stopped working — and with the clinicians who want a better way to see those patients.
His work is built on N-of-1 practice: individual data, root-cause questions, and a plan that belongs to one person, not a cohort. That approach began with his own case. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, later a stroke survivor, he was prescribed the standard stack while his health kept sliding. He became his own investigator, rebuilt the plan around his biomarkers, and now coaches others to do the same without waiting for the system to get specific.
Scott helps clients read their own labs, wearables, and history so they can make informed decisions inside their scope and with their licensed providers. End of One is the field guide for that shift — the end of one-size-fits-all medicine, and the start of becoming the advocate of your own case.
He is advancing formal training in health sciences with a focus on longevity and functional medicine, and is building a practice around individualized, data-guided care.
