Who We Are Looking For - Auro Wellness and Auro Skincare is looking for a sales representative. We are seeking motivated, results-oriented individuals who will be able to drive branded supplement sales. The Sales Representative will plan, coordinate, and execute all sales operations for Auro Wellness. The Sales Representative will be in charge of growing overall sales for Auro Products online but not limited to the responsibilities below. Looking for a self-motivated, forward-thinking individual that is excited to take on the challenge and experience of a start-up.

Sales Representative for Trade Shows

The Sales Representative is driving the front seat on new revenue growth for the team. You will be a tenured sales professional with a hunger and tenacity to grow new business and a track record to show for it. As we are a smaller, younger company, the world is your oyster in terms of where you can grow new business.

As a representative of the company, you will not only be talking to customers but also representing the company at tradeshows. We have 35+ tradeshows scheduled this year so we need someone that will not have a problem being on the road. It has already been proven that getting ahold of our most common target customer, medical practitioners, is best done at these events.

Your ability to communicate to different stakeholders will be key in this role as our business model is not a simple consumable. We have very ambitious growth and expansion plans are looking for the right candidate to growth it us!

What we are looking for:

  • Excited to travel to tradeshows all over the country and meet new people. We do an estimate 30 shows a year!
  • A Hunter. We want someone that has no fear and the determination of picking up the phone.
  • Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative problem solver. Challenges arise all the time with new customers and we want someone that can think outside the box to solve challenges.
  • Autonomous. This person should be comfortable with working with ambiguity.
  • Team player. We are a small company and a tight team. Teamwork makes the Dream work!
  • Excellent organizational, time management and presentations skills.
  • A professional. You must dress and carry yourself in a way that is fitting of representing the company as this is a customer facing role.
  • Someone willing to travel of tradeshows(we have 2-3/month and they are all across the country)

Ideal Candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales environment carrying a quota with a strong track record.
  • Experience representing a company at tradeshows and industry events
  • 2+ years’ experience utilizing a known CRM(Think Salesforce.com, Hubspot Sales, Netsuite, etc.)
  • Experience to sell from a position of authority.
  • 2 years’ Experience selling to medical practitioners(preferred) or selling to retailers/ wholesale distributors.
  • Experience developing sales strategies and email marketing campaigns to foster quality leads.
  • A strong analytical sense. Identifying customer buying trends and patterns that feed into a dynamic sales strategy will ensure success for anyone in this role.
  • A network of medical/dermatology professionals that they reach out to

What you can expect to do during your days:

  • Attending tradeshows to educate potential partners or resellers as well as pitch to them in person.
  • Following up on leads from the tradeshows and creating lasting relationships
  • Prospecting leads and updating the pipeline in the CRM accordingly
  • Closing some Marketing qualified leads
  • Calling and emailing new customers
  1. Business Development
    • Cold calling new businesses and practitioners based on the strategy
    • Prospecting leads and updating the pipeline in the CRM accordingly
    • Communicating with prospective clients through the development of your own sale strategies (email marketing campaigns)
  2. Communication and Relationship Building
    • Liaison between Auro and practitioners/wholesale accounts, fostering positive relationships and supporting growth through education and teamwork.
    • Oversee wholesale sales order process, including processing, monitoring, and resolving issues.
  3. Growth of Wholesale Accounts
    • Develop and execute growth strategies for wholesale accounts, including comprehensive engagement plans and sales expansion initiatives for both brick-and-mortar and telehealth operations.
    • Offer support and guidance to enhance the sales performance of wholesale partners, fostering growth and success within the established account.
  4. Trade shows
    • Oversee Auro Wellness's trade show presence, including identifying and evaluating opportunities, executing strategies for brand promotion, and coordinating pre- and post-event efforts.
    • Nurture industry contacts, educate attendees about Auro products and services, and assess trade show potential for contributing to company growth and brand exposure.
  5. Reporting and Analysis
    • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and prepare insightful reports for management, highlighting key sales metrics and trends.
    • Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative:

  • You serve as the primary sales contact representing the company to the consumer.
  • You will have a one hour consultation phone call with each client who signs up for a our online Diabetes Turning Point program.
  • You’ll meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • You should have the ability to execute current phone sales strategies
  • You ensure all pricing and contracts are in line with company policies
  • You will maintain accurate customer profiles and provide customer data/sales data into company database
  • You will maintain a high level of communication with the corporate sales team

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-4 years phone sales experience
  • a documented track record of successful sales and a top performance in those previous accounts
  • Strong social, written, and relationship skills, particularly on the phone
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, pharmacy, nursing or related field preferred
