Happy Heart Specialty Foods LLC history: I bought the store in 2001. Since then we have greatly remodeled and expanded the store. It is the largest health food store between Greely, CO and Lincoln, NE. Many people come from 50 miles away or more to shop here. We have one of the largest gluten free/wheat free selections anywhere in Nebraska. I sold the store 10 years later.
