Dr. Rebecca McDonald is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and more than 20 years of healthcare experience. She is the founder of 2M0TIV8 Health & Wellness Empowerment in Nampa, Idaho, where she provides a patient-centered approach that integrates functionals, conventional, and functional medicine.

In addition to her clinical training, Dr. McDonald is a certified personal trainer, health coach, and nutritional specialist. Her diverse background allows her to bridge the gap between medicine and fitness while helping patients optimize their health through eviedence-based strategies focused on nutrition, movement, lifestyle, and preventive care.

Dr. McDonald's philosophy centers on identifying and addressing the root cause of illness rather than simply managing symptoms.
