Author of the book Always Hungry?, Dr. Ludwig's findings have contributed to targeting the root causes of weight gain, helped shift the traditional paradigm of metabolism and nutrition, and restructured conventional methods of weight loss and dieting. Dr. Ludwig is joined by his wife, chef Dawn Ludwig, whose recipes were featured in Always Hungry?
