This workshop will guide health care providers through the appropriate use of nutraceuticals in daily practice to enhance patient outcomes. Learners will examine the regulatory landscape and critical importance of quality nutraceuticals for safe use in practice. Esteemed faculty members discuss the most common disease states seen in their practices including gastrointestinal issues, inflammation & pain, and metabolic syndrome while detailing the ways in which to incorporate nutraceuticals in treatment plans. Learners will return to their practices with the knowledge needed to guide and educate patients on the best quality supplements to optimize body function and outcomes, while simultaneously increasing revenue using nutritional supplements.
