Molly Benn, PharmD

Molly is a Clinical Pharmacist Liaison with Strive Pharmacy, bringing 19 years of experience as a pharmacist and clinical collaborator to her work with healthcare providers. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2007 and has devoted her career to compounding and independent pharmacy, where innovation and individualized care intersect. Raised in her family-owned pharmacy, Molly developed an early appreciation for the trusted relationship between patients, providers, and pharmacists—a foundation that continues to guide her work today.

With a strong passion for compounding and personalized medicine, Molly believes that one-size-fits-all approaches do not serve patients well. She partners closely with physicians in the areas of longevity, functional wellness, and hormone optimization, supporting evidence-informed, customized treatment strategies. Through collaboration, education, and clinical insight, she is committed to advancing patient-centered care while strengthening the connection between providers and pharmacy.
