Minhas Ladiwala, FNP, is a compassionate and highly skilled family nurse practitioner, serving patients at Katy Wellness Center in Katy, QC Kinetix, and Cellular Harmony, as well as contributing to clinical research at Synergy Group. With a deep commitment to personalized health and wellness, Minhas specializes in integrative and functional medicine, regenerative medicine, and stem cell therapy.

Minhas earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington, followed by a Master’s degree from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi. As a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he continuously strives to enhance his expertise through ongoing education. His training with the American Academy of Anti-Aging has further equipped him to specialize in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), adrenal health, weight loss, functional cardiology, functional gastroenterology, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for mental health. This advanced training, combined with his primary care skills, empowers Minhas to help his patients achieve optimal health and well-being.
