Mike Polski, M.D. has studied health reform, after a conversion experience, since he was 23 years old, while living on an organic farm. He later graduated from Baylor Scott & White as a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician and part-time ER physician, practicing for over 20 years, and performs a wide array of in-office procedures.

Dr. Polski is a member of A4M (the American Association of Anti-Aging Medicine), practicing “Functional and Regenerative” Medicine for over 10 years.

The primary focus of his practice has been optimal health, which include many spheres – mental, physical, emotional, spiritual.

He now operates Arise MedSpa in Burleson, Texas. The clinic offers functional and integrative medicine, “Dr. Mike” also has much experience in sports and Orthopedic injuries, and injection of joints and trigger points. The Arise MedSpa offers safe balancing of men’s and women’s hormones with state-of-the art saliva testing, and treatment with compounded bio-identical hormones, in the form of capsules, creams, and pellets, (under the teachings some of the world leaders on hormones). Allergy testing and micro-nutrient testing is also available.

Daughter Miranda Padilla is a Massage Practitioner, who is trained in multiple modalities – Swedish, Pregnancy, Oncology, Raindrop, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage – being a “Practitioner” enables her to file many massages on insurance through EIN numbers. 

The clinic specializes in Aesthetics: Botox, Fillers, and PDO Thread lifting - along with Facials, Micro needling, and Plasma Pen treatments, chemical peels, body sculpting, sclerotherapy of small veins, and IV vitamin treatments. There are several Aestheticians available. Skin-care lines offered are based in natural plant oils.

Arise MedSpa has state of the art PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) offerings for facial filling, for joint injections, for sexual enhancement, hair restoration; it enhances and stimulates collagen production and repair processes.  

The clinic embraces the medicinal use of essential oils for gut, skin-care, and all-purpose use. Much emphasis is on “natural” treatments, which may include supplements.
