Megan Kilkeary brings over 20 years of pharmaceutical experience to her role as a Clinical Liaison at Strive Pharmacy, with 17 years specializing in clinical compounding. A graduate of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, Megan initially focused on geriatric pharmacology, honing her clinical skills within long-term acute care hospital settings.

Driven by a professional interest in longevity and proactive wellness—the philosophy of "living longer, better"—Megan transitioned her focus to the specialized fields of functional medicine and compounding. She has since established herself as an expert in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN).

In her current capacity at Strive Pharmacy, Megan serves as a vital bridge between the laboratory and the clinic. She thrives on collaborative partnerships with physicians, assisting them in developing personalized, compounded therapeutic protocols designed to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. As a faculty member and educator, she is dedicated to providing healthcare providers with the clinical support and evidence-based education necessary to successfully integrate functional medicine into their practices.
