Megan has over 20 years of experience in many facets of the healthcare industry. Her experience extends across many disciplines including acute care settings, home health, managed care, as well as practicing in offices specializing in family health, aesthetic treatments, and weight management.
Megan started her career in Ohio practicing as a Registered Nurse at a Cleveland Clinic hospital, and then as Case Manager in Hospice. Megan has always had a passion for helping people look and feel better. While attending graduate school in 2013 she became a certified nurse injector. After working as a medical director in a Scottsdale med spa, Megan launched her own practice in 2015 – Originally called Desert Holistic Health.
Megan is passionate about healthy lifestyle choices as well as helping her clients look their best. Once you meet Megan, you will understand her extensive capabilities through her attention to detail while keeping the client informed and educated about treatments.
Megan has trained with some of the key opinion leaders in the aesthetics arena and started her original training at a prominent dermatology office. She loves to keep up with the latest trends in her industry and often travels to receive the most up to date information. Megan takes pride in the work she does, often waiting months after a training to ensure she has thoroughly researched every aspect of the treatment and any potential side effects before she offers it to her clients.
Megan has received many honors including exclusive invitations to trainings only offered to top performing injectors. Megan has consistently been one of the top injectors of Sculptra in the state of Arizona. Also Megan was nominated as a Realself Most Loved Injector.

In 2019, 2021, & 2022 she also was honored to be named by AZ Foothills Magazine as the “Best Botox in the Valley”. She also has been a speaker for AmSpa (the American med spa association), an industry leader for med spa owners and employees in compliance and market trends.
Due to many of her extensive capabilities Megan was honored to become a trainer for Prollenium, only an honor held by the top injectors in the industry on a national level.
Besides Botox for cosmetic purposes, Megan is also knowledgeable about therapeutic uses for Botox such as migraine management, hyperhidrosis treatment (excessive sweating), and jaw pain due to TMJ (temporo-mandibular joint) disorders. Megan is one of only a few healthcare providers in the area that are considered a Botox Migraine specialist. Megan offers private trainings in her office to teach other injectors about new techniques and in 2021 launched the Academy of Aesthetics Scottsdale after years of teaching for another local laser school.
If there is an advanced technique, it is more than likely Megan knows how to do it-safely. You can rest assured that Megan did not just watch a YouTube video to find out how to perform a procedure. From the start of her career where she spent a year learning before she ever injected anyone, to working for a plastic surgeon learning how to safely inject nose filler, to present day-training with some of the most sought-after injectors, Megan always treats your face as if it were her own.
Megan is always adding new services to her practice and is trained in procedures such as Sculptra, Ultherapy, Agnes Precision RF, non-surgical PDO threadlifts, sclerotherapy (spider vein treatment), RF microneedling, Kybella, chemical peels, platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections and Platelet rich fibrin (PRF) injections. Megan also is trained in bio-identical hormone replacement and medical weight loss.. Megan is also a proud member of ISPAN (The International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses).
In her free time Megan enjoys eating healthy, traveling, hiking, painting, volunteering and spending time with her husband, friends and puppies. Megan also has a passion for helping animal rescue organizations and welcomes donations in her office. Part of her mission is to give back to local rescues in need and you will often see promos such as Doggies & Dysport in her office to fund this mission.
Megan received her master’s degree from Grand Canyon University and is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She originally trained in aesthetics in 2013 and has worked in Aesthetics in Scottsdale ever since. She is also the medical director for many other med spas throughout the state of Arizona.
