Marla Feingold, MS, CNS, CKNS, LDN

Marla Feingold, MS, CNS, CKNS, LDN, is a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist, Certified Ketogenic Nutrition Specialist, and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist with advanced training in clinical and personalized nutrition. She holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology/Kinesiology with a nutrition cognate from Michigan State University. She also studied and conducted research at the Wingate Institute, an internationally recognized center for exercise science and human performance.

Marla specializes in nutrigenomics and nutrigenetics education, serving as Lead U.S. Mentor for practitioner training and development at 3X4 Genetics. In this role, she educates healthcare professionals on applying genomic data through a Genes First approach, emphasizing the integration of genetic insights into precision nutrition and personalized healthcare strategies.

She has presented at international and professional conferences, including the Functional Medicina Integrativa FMI Congreso, and has served on speakers’ bureaus for leading nutraceutical companies, including Metagenics and Xymogen. Marla has also served on advisory boards within the nutraceutical industry and has been a guest lecturer for academic and professional programs, including the University of Michigan School of Public Health.

Her research contributions include publication in the peer-reviewed Journal of Lipidology in association with clinical trial work. In clinical practice, Marla applies a genomics-informed, Genes First approach, utilizing functional and personalized laboratory testing to develop targeted nutrition and lifestyle interventions for metabolic, cardiovascular, inflammatory, gastrointestinal, and complex chronic conditions.
