Maritoni Tizon-Damiano, MSN, ABAAHP, APRN-C, FNP-C

Toni Tizon-Damiano, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, ABAAHP is a Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner who received her Master’s of Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Southern California.  Toni is board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and has been in the nursing field since 2005. Toni is also board certified with the American Academy of Anti-Aging for Medicine (A4M) with a focus on Functional Medicine. Toni has spent a large part of her career in the emergency department where she currently still works part time. 

Having spent time in the emergency medicine, Toni began to realize that conventional medicine, though necessary for the acute and emergent needs of patients, did not address the root cause of their concerns. She began her pursuit to learn more about medicine and find out the whys to diseases and symptoms.  She was introduced to Functional Medicine and fell in love immediately because it just works. 

Toni has also trained in facial aesthetics and loves to make patients look and feel beautiful.  She has centered her focus on anti-aging approaches to health by utilizing functional medicine and aesthetics in guiding patients in feeling and looking their best. 

Toni grew up in Portland Oregon where living organically is the way of life. It is the idea that has guided her principles today. She now considers Southern California her home and when she’s not seeing patients, she enjoys traveling, cooking, meditating and spending time with her family.
