Lorryn Berlin, APRN, FNP-C, MSN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, entrepreneur, educator, and wellness advocate with nearly three decades of healthcare experience dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health through prevention, education, and evidence-based longevity medicine.

As the co-owner and lead Nurse Practitioner of Live Hydration Spa, Lorryn oversees two thriving locations in Fort Mill, South Carolina, and Indian Land, South Carolina, where she and her team are redefining what healthcare can look like by focusing on proactive wellness rather than reactive sick care. Lorryn earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of South Carolina, home to one of the nation's premier nurse practitioner programs. During her time there, the program was recognized as the #1 Nurse Practitioner program in the United States, under the distinguished leadership of Dean Dr. Stephanie Burgess, whose commitment to excellence helped shape a generation of advanced practice providers dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based care.

Throughout her career, Lorryn has cultivated a broad and diverse clinical background spanning emergency medicine, nephrology, employee health, occupational medicine, and family practice. This extensive experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of both acute and chronic disease management while reinforcing a simple but powerful realization: the traditional healthcare system is exceptionally skilled at treating illness but often falls short in preventing it. That realization became the driving force behind her transition into functional wellness and longevity medicine.Today, Lorryn is passionate about helping patients optimize their health before disease develops.
