Description

Being trained in the western medical model at the University of Washington school of Medicine, I have gathered extensive experience in treating a wide variety of health concerns, but I have also come to learn that although western medicine has brought us a long way, it may not hold all of the answers.

Beyond my schooling as a PA, I’ve spent years honing my knowledge in integrative and functional medicine. I hold a Board Certification in Integrative Health, I am a diplomate with the Academy of Anti-Aging and will soon sit for my national exams to obtain my Board Certification in Holistic Nutrition.

With Pure Life Wellness, I hope to collaborate with my clients to help them achieve goals through individualized plans designed to identify root causes of illness, addressing past trauma and emotional health, introducing healthy living habits and live their most authentic version of self.

My integrative approach incorporates optimal nutrition, exercise, and stress reduction looking at hormonal balance, adrenal fatigue, healthy gut microbiome spiritual and mental well being utilizing modalities not often looked at in the traditional medical setting

Pure Life Wellness is a virtual health and wellness platform that will offer individual consulting services.

I also believe that as we feel better, we look to enhance our outer beauty and as such I can offer my clients a a variety of aesthetic services that include botox, fillers, PRP, Cool-sculpting, and medically supervised weight loss programs.

On a personal note, I am passionate about social inequality and ensuring we look after our underserved, underprivileged and those vulnerable to injustices as well as protecting and advocating for animal rights.
