Lisa Marie Wark, PhD(c), MBA

Lisa Marie Wark, PhD(c), MBA will hold dual graduate degrees. She earned her Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in International Management and Marketing along with a PhD in Organizational Psychology expected to graduate 2023. Over the past 15 years, she worked in the medical aesthetics industry which included owning the first luxury medical spa in Las Vegas and then becoming a business consultant for patient-centric medical practices like plastic surgery and cosmetic dermatology practices to name a few. During this time, she specialized in crisis management whereby she is retained into the practice and makes the necessary and strategic decisions on staffing, recruitment, marketing strategies, operations, and financials all of which affect the bottom line.

While she enjoys all the aspects of practice management consulting, she is focused on the human capital as this seems to be the most chronic problem among medical practices and medical spas. And interestingly enough, every client who struggles financially has tremendous problems with their staff. The PhD in Organizational Psychology gives Lisa knowledge, abilities and a skill set like no other practice management consultant. It enables her to dive deeper into employee relation problems and solutions, leadership coaching, talent recruitment and retainment, as well as overall increased job performance.
