Lily Frank is a Certified Nurse-Midwife and the founder of The Sonography Studio, a women’s wellness brand serving women from motherhood through menopause. Before opening her first studio in 2022, Lily spent 12 years as an ICU, ER, and Labor & Delivery nurse, then earned her APRN-CNM from the University of Cincinnati.

She built The Sonography Studio after seeing too many women told their labs were “normal” or their symptoms were “just part of being a woman,” with few real options. Her approach starts with a long, unhurried consultation: listen first, then build a personalized plan.
