Leon Garber

Leon Garber is the Managing Principle of Aesthetic Growth Partners, a consulting and M&A firm focused exclusively on the Medical Aesthetics & Wellness space where it provides "sell side" representation along with financial and operational consulting to clients across the country. He is also the owner of Dermacare Hampton Roads, a thriving medspa in the Virginia Beach area that he has grown for over 10 years, winning numerous "Best Of" awards and qualifying for the Inc.5000 twice. Leon served for 28 years as a Naval Aviator, both active and reserve, completing multiple combat tours in Iraq, while flying as a combat mission lead in a navy special operations helicopter squadron.
