Hi there! I’m Dr. Kelly, and for the past 18 years, I’ve been integrating the precision of chiropractic care with the holistic approach of integrative medicine to help my patients achieve transformative health outcomes.
My journey into functional medicine began with a focus on musculoskeletal conditions, but it truly evolved after I faced my own health challenges following the birth of my beautiful children. This personal experience ignited my passion for understanding how diet, movement, mindfulness, sleep, and community impact overall health. Alongside my colleague, Dr. Nicole Anderson, I have delved deep into functional medicine, uncovering how to prevent injury, manage stress and anxiety, and reverse chronic illnesses.
I started my educational path at Michigan State University and continued at Logan University, earning my Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Bachelor’s in Human Biology. Over the years, I have been recognized numerous times as a Top Doctor in my field. I have enriched my practice with various certifications, including my IFMCP from the Institute of Functional Medicine—the only functional medicine program endorsed by the American Medical Association.
In my practice, I have spent the last few years helping many patients regain their health, prevent or reverse disease, and feel their best. This is achieved not only through a thorough and caring examination but by actively listening to each of my patients. I believe in educating them on how their body truly works and providing them with the tools and lifestyle changes that help them feel better and improve their lab results. My goal is for patients to not only feel amazing but also have peace of mind knowing that they are preventing disease and creating longevity to age well.
I also serve on The New Jersey State Board of Chiropractic and the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ), advocating for quality, affordable healthcare. From 2015 to 2017, I had the privilege of working with the athletes of Clemson University’s Track and Field team, enhancing their performance and recovery through specialized chiropractic care.
When I'm not practicing, you can find me golfing, traveling with my husband and our children Hudson and Emma, or enjoying time with our wonderful circle of friends and family. Life is a journey, and I'm here to help guide you through its health-related challenges with a caring, personalized approach.
