Dr. Kaylar Greer Howard studied Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia where she graduated in 1992. She did her internship in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of North Carolina's Mountain Area Health Education Center - Memorial Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina. She also did anesthesia training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee and the Knoxville Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee at the Johnson City Medical Center.
She became a diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1999 and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also Fellowship trained and board certified from the American Board of Anti-aging and Regenerative Medicine. This gives her patients the opportunity to access a wealth of information regarding ways to improve and extend their lives.
