Dr. Katie Dahlgren, ND, FAAO is a board-certified Naturopathic Physician with more than 18 years of clinical experience specializing in complex chronic illness and neurological disorders. She is the founder and Medical Director of Oak Tree Integrative Medicine and Spa in Woodinville, Washington, where she provides comprehensive, individualized care for patients across all stages of life.

Dr. Dahlgren earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology/Pre-Medicine, with a minor in Psychology, from Gonzaga University. She completed her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University in 2007, followed by an intensive three-year clinical residency under internationally recognized physician Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, MD, PhD. This advanced training solidified her expertise in treating chronic infections, neurological and developmental conditions, and environmentally triggered illness.

Her clinical practice focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of Lyme disease and co-infections, mold and biotoxin illness, mitochondrial dysfunction, autoimmune and neuroimmune disorders, and anti-aging and regenerative medicine. She has specialized expertise in supporting children with autism spectrum disorder, PANDAS/PANS, sensory processing challenges, and developmental delays, as well as adults navigating multi-system health concerns that require in-depth, nuanced evaluation.

Dr. Dahlgren utilizes a truly integrative, root-cause approach, drawing from a broad spectrum of therapeutic modalities including clinical nutrition, botanical and homeopathic medicine, targeted supplementation, hormone optimization, pharmaceutical management, detoxification protocols, and lifestyle interventions.
