I earned my doctorate in nursing practice from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. With dual certifications in Adult/Gerontology and Family Nursing, I bring over 25 years of education and expertise to the functional and integrative medicine field. My philosophy is simple: everyone should feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. My goal is to emphasize wellness and health promotion to my clients, something that is often glossed over in traditional clinical practice. 

In addition to my professional endeavors, I am a wife and mother of six. After years of prioritizing others first, I started to see those effects when I looked in the mirror. I decided it was time to listen to my own advice –not just for me, but for family and my patients. Aesthetic treatments have been a game-changer in improving my appearance and boosting my confidence. There is truth to the adage ‘self-care isn’t selfish’. It is the foundation to healthy, happy, and graceful aging.
