Justin Groce, APRN, ABAAHP, NP, CSCS
Justin Groce is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and is a board-certified nurse practitioner who specializes in hormone replacement therapies and anti-aging medicine. His philosophy is rooted in taking a holistic approach to the patient’s health. In addition to practicing medicine he has 20 years of personal training, strength coaching, and sports nutrition experience, which he applies to his clinical practice daily. Justin believes that a strong patient-provider relationship is the key for long-term success and compliance.
Justin is an active member of the A4M and stays abreast of the most relevant and recent clinical research in the areas of exercise science, integrative medicine, obesity medicine, and human nutrition.
Justin embodies fitness and is an adventure hiker and a competitive bodybuilder. He educates all of his patients on the importance of balanced nutrition, exercise programming, and self-healing. He has presented continuing education seminars for personal trainers, nutritionists, strength coaches, and athletic trainers on behalf of the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as the American College of Sports Medicine.
