Dr. Julio Gonzalez, MD Jr.

Dr. Julio C. Gonzalez is a Board-Certified Family Physician and the founder of VIVE by Dr. G MD, a physician-led concierge medical practice dedicated to personalized wellness, longevity medicine, aesthetic treatments, and regenerative therapies.

With a strong foundation in both traditional clinical medicine and modern longevity science, Dr. Gonzalez focuses on helping patients optimize their health, vitality, performance, and confidence at every stage of life. His approach blends evidence-based medicine with advanced therapies designed to enhance both healthspan and lifespan.

Dr. Gonzalez completed his Family Medicine Residency at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, where he trained extensively in comprehensive patient care across all age groups. Earlier in his medical training, he also completed a one year Residency in General Surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital / University of Miami, further strengthening his procedural expertise. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree ,Magna Cum Laude, from Universidad Iberoamericana School of Medicine. 

In addition to his medical training, Dr. Gonzalez has pursued advanced education in longevity and aesthetic medicine. He is currently completing a Fellowship in Longevity Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and holds certifications in clinical weight management, peptide therapy, and hormone optimization. 

Dr. Gonzalez also specializes in advanced hair restoration, including both surgical and non-surgical techniques. He completed a Fellowship in Advanced Hair Restoration through the American Society of Aesthetic and Hair Restoration Surgeons

Beyond private practice, Dr. Gonzalez is deeply committed to medical education and mentorship. He currently serves as Assistant Program Director for the Family Medicine Residency Program at Larkin Community Hospital, where he teaches and supervises resident physicians. 

Dr. Gonzalez believes that modern healthcare should be highly personalized, proactive, and focused on long-term wellness rather than reactive disease treatment. His philosophy centers on building strong relationships with patients while providing a luxury, physician-directed medical experience designed to help individuals look, feel, and perform at their best.
