With a career rooted in high-acuity medical care as a Board-Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist since 1996, Julie has built a reputation for combining meticulous clinical mastery with a sophisticated, natural-looking artistic eye. As the Founder and Medical Director of PURE Medical Spa and PURE Vitality & Wellness, she has successfully scaled her mission of holistic transformation across three elite locations in Boise, Sun Valley, and Coeur d’Alene. Beyond her clinical practice, Julie is a prominent "trainer of trainers" and a high-level strategist for the aesthetic industry. She serves as a Galderma GAIN Business Educator, a member of the elite GEN NOW faculty, and a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for several of the industry’s leading vendors. Julie is a tireless advocate for the "Retention Revolution," specializing in the art of the consultation and the operational systems required to build sustainable, multi-location businesses.
