I am Josie Ross Pharm.D. ABAARM, FAAMM, owner of Phillips Family Pharmacy.  Phillips Family Pharmacy is located right outside of downtown Kansas City and offers a wide range of services. We compound medications in a wide variety of dosage forms to meet the different needs of our patients.

We also offer PCCA’s tested and certified vitamins and dietary supplements so you can be assured that your patient’s needs are being met. These supplements offer a variety of benefits including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and no artificial coloring.

We also offer veterinary compounding services. We offer oral, topical, and transdermal medications for your patient’s furry friends. We also have a wide variety of animal-specific flavors to help encourage pets to take their medicine with less conflict.

We specialize in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy compounded medications. We can compound hormones in many different forms including transdermal creams, sublingual suspensions, buccal lozenges, rapid dissolve tablets, and slow-release capsules. 

For physicians who unfamiliar with hormone replacement therapy, I offer patient consultations to evaluate your patient’s needs. Using your patient’s laboratory values and symptomatology I can submit hormone replacement and nutritional supplement recommendations to your practice. This provides you with the information you need to confidently provide your patient with appropriate care.

In addition to these compounding we offer a wide variety of other services. These include injectable medication administration, immunization, diabetic education, medication packaging, long-term care, hospice care, prescription mailing and free delivery.
