Dr. John Starke, DO Jr.
Dr. John Starke is an ABEM-certified Emergency Medicine physician and founder of Mosaic Health & Longevity, a telemedicine and wellness practice dedicated to optimizing health, longevity, and quality of life. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in 2013 and has since practiced medicine with a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
A lifelong advocate for fitness and preventive health, Dr. Starke is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and is currently pursuing fellowship training in Anti-Aging, Metabolic, and Functional Medicine. His clinical interests include hormone optimization, metabolic health, biological age assessment, and early disease detection.
Dr. Starke’s personal experiences—losing both parents to neurodegenerative disease and raising a daughter on the autism spectrum—have profoundly shaped his belief in addressing disease at its onset and treating each patient as an individual. Through Mosaic Health & Longevity, he seeks to blend the science of modern medicine with the art of compassionate care to help patients thrive at every stage of life.
